EUR 119.00 net each, valid for Monday & Tuesday, including the evening event (GRAND FINALE)

maintaining descriptive texts, adding images and links, etc. You can also enter your desired company name here; this will be used as the basis for the AVZ directory—please complete this by April 1, 2027, at the latest.

A deep cleaning before the event begins, a mid-event cleaning from Monday to Tuesday, and trash removal (including trash bins) are included in the package price.
In the interest of sustainability, we ask that you sort your trash properly on-site.
A separate fee will be charged for the disposal of large quantities of packaging materials, Euro pallets, etc., depending on the amount of work involved.

Parking spaces for trucks, containers, vans, and Sprinter vehicles located directly near the WIENER WERKSHALLEN are available upon request and subject to availability.
If you require an electrical connection for the logistics area, please let us know directly when placing your order—as we have only a limited number of electrical connections available on the outdoor grounds.

If you require on-site assistance with unloading and loading equipment and large items, please notify us in advance to ensure a safe and smooth process.
For legal reasons, the GASTRO CIRCUS team will not accept any deliveries from shipping companies (goods, equipment, booth construction materials, packages, etc.) on behalf of exhibitors at the venue.
Therefore, please ensure that the exhibitor is always present on-site when deliveries are made by freight forwarders.

No exhibitor tickets or other authorizations are required during setup and dismantling.
Fire department and no-parking zones must be observed at all times without exception.
Access for setup and dismantling is via the main entrance of the WIENER WERKSHALLEN.

Compliance with the basic tax requirements for participating in a trade show in Austria for exhibitors from abroad
Exhibitors who, at the time of the trade show, do not have a residence, registered office, habitual residence, or permanent establishment in Austria, and who generate sales in Austria that do not result in a transfer of tax liability (i.e., in particular, domestic supplies, other services to private individuals), are required to register with the Graz-Stadt Tax Office and file advance VAT returns as well as annual VAT returns.
To do so, they need a VAT ID number, which must be applied for as follows:
Form Verf19 (German) or Verf19E (English): Questionnaire for the issuance of a tax number/VAT ID number, which must subsequently be included in all correspondence addressed to the tax office.
Copy of the commercial register extract (“business license”) or the articles of association for corporations.
